He said al-Sisi, who is visiting Italy and France this week for the newspaper Corriere della Sera, Italy's establishment of a Palestinian state is the best way to protect Israel's security and restore hope to the Palestinian people.
"We are ready to send military forces into a Palestinian state. Will help the local police and assured Israelis in its role as a guarantor."
Sisi is scheduled to meet with Italian Prime Minister Matteo Rentisa on Monday. The Egyptian president said the deployment of troops would be needed to rebuild trust between the two sides for the period.
Sisi said he had discussed the idea in detail with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu as well as Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas.
He said, "I told him (Netanyahu) that there is a need for a bold step, but will not solve anything."
Egypt has mediated between Israel and the Palestinians led to a cease-fire in August after a war that lasted 50 days, resulted in the death of a Palestinian in 2100 and 73 in Israel, most of them soldiers.
And Sisi visit to Italy and France is his first visit to Europe since he won the presidential election in May.
When asked about Libya Sisi said the chaotic situation, there are circumstances in which entrenched provides extremely dangerous jihadist groups feet.
He said that NATO did not complete its mission in Libya, but he did not believe that there is a need for a new military intervention, adding that Egypt has not and will not intervene militarily.
"We need the international community to the option of a very clear and collectively for the benefit of the Libyan National Army and no one else."
