Mexico's ambassador to Uruguay calls for statements of its president described a failed state

Mexico said on Sunday it had summoned the ambassador to Uruguay after Uruguayan President Jose Mujica said that the disappearance of 43 students in the southwest of Mexico suggests that this country a failed state.
